Insomnia can be seen as a tempest of the soul.
The spread of poor sleep in these critical times reminded us the plague of insomnia of Gabriel Garcia Marquez and its frightening prognosis: oblivion.
First, the childhood memories vanish from our minds, then the name and notion of things, finally, the identity of the people, until we sink in a sort of idiocy without a past.
We thus decided to investigate a bit on sleep and dreaming.
During sleep, the heart is illuminated.
