WATTS | Sound Cycle
WATTS is our Sound Cycle, which aims to host international contemporary sounds, taking advantage of the potential of our Power Station to host experimental music concerts. A program guided by concerts, DJ sets, video exhibitions and conversations with the artists.
The programming of the WATTS cycle is possible with the support of the Porto City Council, through the program Criatório.

Watts 2024
On February 16th and 17th, 2024, Circolando – Central Elétrica returns with Watts – a program cycle strongly connected to performativity and sound languages. With support from DGArtes and the Criatório program from the Porto City Council, Watts 2024 brings us a free lineup of concerts, sound performances and live acts by artists Basalto, Romain Beltrão Teule, Maria R Soares, Conferência Inferno, Pedro Alves Sousa, Rare Romance and Ugho!
Watts 2023
CiRcoLando – Central Elétrica presented WATTS – Ciclo Sonoro in 2023, which had the support of DGArtes, the Criatório program of the Porto City Council and the Iberescena program – Fondo de Ayudas para las Artes Escénicas Iberoamericanas. This edition of the Cycle took place on the 21st and 22nd of July in the usual spaces of the Central Elétrica, at CACE Cultural in Porto, and presented us with an international program with Christian Gallareta, Tomás Tello, Zancudo Berraco, Mariana Sardon and others for two days of performances and sound sculptures, concerts and audiovisual installations.
