In 2025, across various spaces in São Pedro de Azevedo (Campanhã, Porto), we present a new edition of Fio Condutor – Ciclo Território, a program dedicated to artistic creation in dialogue with the places and communities neighboring the Central. Following the artistic residencies in May, we are opening the processes to the public.
On September 21st, Rodrigo Queirós and Miguel Jaques present CAMINHO. The project consists of a drawing and writing workshop, taking place along the footpath (azinhaga) that connects the neighborhoods of Campanhã and São Pedro de Azevedo.
The workshop invites participants to dive into an introspective and collaborative process, alternating between drawing the place and writing inspired by fellow participants’ drawings, in a continuous cycle of reinterpretation.
The goal is to capture not only the form, but also the energy and mystery of the path — its hidden stories, memories, and possible invisible presences.
On September 27th, we open the exhibition showcasing the results of this project in local venues such as Padaria São Pedro (São Pedro Bakery), Talho Largo S. Pedro (Largo S. Pedro Butcher), and Café do Largo (Largo Café).
To close the evening, we will screen a film with the Campanhã Film Club.
Participation in the activity is open to the general public upon registration via form.
Note: For the walk, we recommend bringing water, and wearing comfortable shoes and clothing.
