A migrant’s encounter with a protest in Europe triggers a stream of memories and reflections. As he recalls the series of events that led him to leave his country of origin – from the assassination of an activist to the election of a fascist president – he reflects on what keeps him in this territory. With nowhere to flee to and nowhere to return, he questions his own destiny.
