Promoted by Circolando – Central Elétrica, the VOLTS International Encounter of Performing Arts returns to CACE Cultural in Porto for its 5th edition! From the 4th to the 7th of September it will be possible to attend, for free, a program of performances, shows and exhibitions by various artists from Brazil, England, Spain, Venezuela and Portugal. In the thinking of the 24 VOLTS program, there is a connection with the times of the past, present and future, through artistic exploration and manifestation of flows that unite memories, archives and projections…
