Promoted by Circolando – Central Elétrica, the VOLTS International Performing Arts Meeting presents its 4th edition from 31st of August to 2nd of September in CACE Cultural do Porto. During the three days, it will be possible to attend several performances, concerts and exhibitions, bringing together artists from Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Portugal.
